Biden Finally Admits to a Recession in America

Significant damages to the economy are a major standout on the watch of the Biden administration. For one thing, inflation continues to reach higher and higher levels, thanks to the spending bills that Biden put through with the help of Democratic legislators.

Because of the Biden administration, gas prices, interest rates, rent, mortgages, groceries, etc., are many times more expensive than they need to be. The reality is that Americans are having a harder and harder time making ends meet.

To make matters even worse, various employers are implementing more layoffs (and pausing hiring) as they try to avoid being hit too hard with inflation.

During a Tuesday interview with CNN, Biden finally conceded that a recession isn’t out of the question. Though this admission came with a twist, as reported by Washington Examiner.

A Roundabout Admission

While interviewing with CNN, Biden said a recession in the future is possible, but isn’t something he sees happening. The president then stated that should a recession take place, it’ll only be “slight.”

The problem with this is it’s not entirely accurate. While the United States could very well endure a recession later down the line, we’re also facing a recession today.

All the signs are there, from the GDP rate falling two times in a row to reduced consumer confidence levels and more layoffs of American workers.

Throughout his tenure in the White House, Biden has continuously undermined the harm inflicted on the country by his policies and leadership.

More Hot Takes From the President

Before wrapping up with CNN, Biden stated he can once again defeat Trump. This comes amid talks of the former president running for office again during the next election season. Trump’s hinted at this many times, though has yet to make a formal announcement.

Biden, meanwhile, is all over the place when it comes to whether or not he’ll be running for office again.

At first, the president was a clear yes on this, definitively stating he wants a second term in office. Later, Biden changed his mind during an interview with 60 Minutes, claiming it was too earlier to make a decision.

Not long after that, though, the White House came out with another definitive assertion that the president will be running for reelection once more.

Multiple polls have shown that pluralities of Americans are opposed to either Trump or Biden running for another term in the Oval Office.
