The midterm elections of 2022 are getting closer and closer. Republicans are already putting forth strategies and raising funds to regain power in Congress; however, there is still much ahead.
Quite frankly, there’s a lot riding on Republicans taking back at least one of the two congressional chambers. A GOP in control of either the House or the Senate could save America from falling victim to socialist policies that would change the societal fabric forever.
As things currently stand, former President Trump is set to play a vital role in Republican victories next year. Thus far, the 45th president has already offered his endorsements to several GOP lawmakers (such as Sen. Rand Paul, Marco Rubio, etc.) who are up for re-election next year.
According to Fox News, Trump has promised that Republicans will take back not only the House of Representatives, but also the Senate.
Trump’s Role in the 2022 Midterm Elections
Yesterday, the former president attended a GOP donor event at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida. During this time, Trump spoke about the 2020 presidential election and a comeback for the Republican Party next year.

The 45th president also stated that if Democrats were in the spot of Republicans during last year’s election, they would have “fought it” and not just taken it. Trump then declared that the GOP will regain control of both the House of Representatives and the Senate. Later in the evening, Trump then told Republican donors that a GOP president will take back the White House come 2024.
Getting the Country Back on the Right Track
America is not on the right track as things currently stand.
Democrats control the Senate, House of Representatives, and the White House. This has led to President Biden working with Democrat lawmakers to freeze out Republican lawmakers and pass extreme bills.

With Republicans back in power, the script will change. The GOP will no longer be forced to rely upon the Senate filibuster to stop Democrats’ radical legislation. Also, there won’t be any more bills being passed by Democrats without any Republican votes or support.
Getting Republicans back into the congressional majority is vital to getting the United States back on track. This is why former President Trump and other Republicans are so invested in the midterm elections.
